1. Introduction

Welcome to Esoora. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Esoora mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Ethio Clicks PLC. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Role

Esoora acts as an intermediary marketplace connecting users with third-party merchants (Restaurants). The legal contract for the purchase of food is between you and the Merchant. Esoora is not responsible for the preparation or quality of the food provided by Merchants.

3. Ordering & Delivery

• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct delivery addresses and contact info.
• Delivery Times: Estimated times are provided for guidance only and may be affected by traffic, weather, or restaurant delays.
• Refusal: Merchants reserve the right to refuse orders due to availability or location constraints.

4. Payments & Fees

Prices include the food cost, delivery fees, and applicable taxes. Payments can be made via Telebirr, mobile banking, or cash on delivery. All transactions are final once the order is accepted by the Merchant.

5. User Conduct

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree not to use the service for any fraudulent activity or to harass delivery partners.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ethiopian law, Ethio Clicks PLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
